Town first team coach Bryan Klug has praised Town defender Richard Naylor for his attitude over recent weeks.
Richard had been missing from the Town starting 11 for the past five games but returned to it in the centre of defence alongside Jason De Vos against Burnley on Saturday.
Bryan: “Richard has been disappointed to have been left out of the side recently. He hates it as much as any other professional when he is not playing, but he has responded in the right manner. He has being putting in extra work on the training ground and it's paying off.
“It's been his idea to put in the extra training as well. He was the first out there on Monday and is a great example to the young players at this Club.
“I made a point of showing the youth players here that the longest serving professional at this Club was out on the training ground before anyone else, putting in the additional hours.
“I'm delighted that attitude has reaped dividends for him in his performances.”
