Team news as Newcastle United take on Charlton at The Valley. Kick-off is at 2pm and radio commentry can be found on BBC Radio Five Live.
Striker Darren Bent, who has netted 15 Premiership goals this season, is Charlton's main concern as he struggles with an ankle problem. Charlton's other Bent, Marcus, is also a doubt for the game. While he is back in full training after a back injury and then hamstring problems, he is unlikely to start today's game.
As for Newcastle, defender Robbie Elliott is suspended following his controversial sending-off against Chelsea. Michael Owen (foot) and Stevven Taylor (shoulder) also miss the game through injury, while Celestine Babayaro (thigh) is a doubt.
Jean-Alain Boumsong is however available for selection.
Toon striker Alan Shearer will be making his 400th appearance for Newcastle (excluding the Charity Shield against Manchester United in 1996) in all competitions, while goalkeeper Shay Given will keep up his record of being the only player to have been on the field for every minute of every one of Newcastle's Premiership matches this season.
