Newcastle Midfielder Lee Bowyer is to appear in court after an on-field fight with team-mate Kieron Dyer.
The pair had a fight on field, started by Bowyer, back on the 2nd April in a 3-0 defeat against Aston Villa.
Dyer ended up with a 4-match ban after an appeal failed and Bowyer, who has fined a record 6 week wages by the club and was suspended for 6 games, now has to answer to magistrates.
The incident was witnessed by over 50,000 fans in the stadium and millions more on television. It was also all over the back pages of newspapers for days afterwards.
