Newcastle and Inter Head-To-Head

Newcastle United and Inter Milan are set to battle over the Bosman signing of Bayern Munich star, Samuel Kuffour.

Newcastle could do with one more star at the back, with Jean-Alain Boumsong’s career not getting off to the best start due to injuries, similar to Jonathon Woodgate before he left for Real Madrid.

 

Kuffour’s agent said:

 

"Unless something dramatic happens, he will be leaving Bayern.”

"We are aware of the reports about Newcastle and Inter.”

"The player does not have a preference as to where he’d like to play, only that it is an important League like Italy, England or Spain."
