Former Newcastle Untied boss Sir Bobby Robson can't wait to get back into the swing of things. Having been sacked from his position at St James' Park just four games into the season, Robson is missing football and wants to find a new club asap.

Speaking to Sky Sports News, Robson said:

"I've been in [football] for 50 years but yes I'm missing it.

"It's December now and I was dismissed in August so it has been quite some time really - but I'm okay, I'm fine.

"I have no idea (where I will end up). I keep saying I won't necessarily take the wrong job, but I'll be ready for the right job.

"What the right job is, I don't yet know, but I'm busy at the moment and I'm fine."

Robson believes that Newcastle's quality will prevent what would be one of the biggest Cup shocks of all time when The Magpies face Ryman League side Yeading in the FA Cup.

"There's nothing to gain because everyone expects you to win and you don't get any credit if you do," added the former England manager.

"If you lose the bubble bursts. I haven't seen Yeading play and I don't know the quality of the team.

"But Newcastle have all the quality and they should get through a slight obstacle - but not by going at it like Chelsea or Arsenal.

"It's a great draw for Yeading, a typical FA Cup draw.

"It's the romance of the draw. It's wonderful."
