Moving from Newcastle United to Real Madrid has been a nightmare for defender Jonathon Woodgate who has not yet played for his new club due to a series of injuries.
Woodgate made the move in the summer and has been frustraited by the whole situation.
Speaking to the News of the World, Woodgate said:
"I came here in a very hopeful frame of mind, but now it has turned into a nightmare.
"It's been a very difficult time and, at the moment, it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
"I was progressing well but then had another set-back with my thigh and this second injury is a disaster.
"I thought I'd be back playing soon, but now I just feel bad for the club."
