Kerr to Feyenoord?

Ruud Gullit, former Newcastle United manager, now at Feyenoord, could be willing to give 22-year-old Scotland midfielder Brian Kerr a lifeline, after the international was told last month that his contract would not be renewed by Newcastle.
Feyenoord visit St James' for a pre-season tournament next month, and Kerr could well be playing - under Feyenoord's newly appointed boss.
Aged 17, Kerr made his Premiership debut whilst Gullet was at Tyneside, and a reunion would definately be something he would 'jump at'.
Kerr said:
"He was the one who gave me the chance. There were a few players who didn't get on quite as well with Ruud, but I couldn't really complain, being on the bench in the Premiership at the age of 17.
"So obviously, if I was offered a move like that, I would jump at it.
"Their interest is still ongoing, but I have just got to wait and see when a concrete offer comes back."
Good luck Brian!
