PSV manager Guus Hiddink, claimed that Remco van der Schaaf was elbowed during a tangle between the pair in Thursday evenings 1-1 UEFA Cup draw.
Referee Gilles Veissiere took no action at the time, but Hiddink wants UEFA to look into the matter and possibly take further action.
Hiddink said: "I have not seen it, but they have seen it on television and there is a clear elbow.
"I think in this case, Uefa will make a judgement on the elbow.
"When they see an incident like that, they can see it clearly on television. I was not happy, because of this incident, with the referee.
"I felt he was chasing one or two players from my team, which I didn't like very much. It's not an international standard.
"My team should have dealt with it better, but they fell into the trap. I thought the referee was chasing one or two players and I thought he was looking for van der Schaaf in the incident that led to their goal.
"I am not happy with that. I didn't think it was a foul."
