HANDS OFF MY NOBS!

According to Magpies boss Sir Bobby Robson, Newcastle have received no approach from Aston Villa regarding winger Nolberto Solano.

"I haven't spoken to David O'Leary [Villa's manager] at all and no-one here has heard anything from anyone else at Villa," said Robson.

"I'm not looking to sell Nobby Solano anyway. He's a top-class player who is still very much in my plans.

"Of course, every player has his price, but I fully expect Nobby to still be here in February."
