Robson is worried that his unhappy midfielder will accept a loan move to Sporting Lisbon and not return back to Newcastle.

Sir Bobby has made his worries public and claimed his chairman has said the decision as to whether to let him go on not, down to him. Therefore if Viana Does go AWOL its down to him...

But with these worries at the back of his mind will Viana be given the opportunity he craves or will he continue to warm the Magpies bench?
