Sir Bobby Robson was upset to learn that his crocked midfielder Kieron Dyer decided not to travel to last week's match in London against Chelsea - Instead he went to Merseyside to watch the Liverpool-Manchester United match - because the journey was shorter!

Sir Bobby Robson was upset to learn that his crocked midfielder Kieron Dyer decided not to travel to last week's match in London against Chelsea.

Dyer, instead, went to Merseyside to watch the Liverpool-Manchester United match - because it was a shorter journey.

Kieron Dyer watched the game a guest of England teammate Rio Ferdinand and sat among the visiting Manchester United fans to watch their 2-1 win.
