Peter Crouch has insisted he is staying at Liverpool, despite interest from Newcastle and Tottenham.
Rafael Benitez will be handed a huge transfer budget from new owners at Anfield, and Crouch may be deemed surplus to requirements.
Reports in sections of the media suggest that Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United amongst others are interested in the striker.
But the England striker, who has scored 18 goals for Liverpool making him the top scorer, insists he is not leaving Liverpool.
Crouch said:
"It has never entered my head to leave the club. I'm happy here.
"There are more things to come and we will win more things and I certainly don't want to leave but I've got to work hard and make sure I'm invaluable to the set up otherwise you will find yourself out of it.
"People are saying I am going to move on but I'm determined to prove I'm happy at the club and want to stay and until I'm told otherwise I will carry on doing the same things and working hard.
"I think the future is bright. We have got the right man in charge (Benitez), we have got a new stadium to look forward to and I don't want to go anywhere else.
