Newcastle United fansites across the internet have had a negative reaction to the signing of Sibierski.

The Frenchman already has a lot to prove to the fans as he has been labelled a ‘panic buy’ by Geordie fans, desperate for some silverware this season.

 

The reaction that has been given is either very negative or ‘better than nothing’ – Not a label a club wants its player’s to get.

 

The forums are so jammed that pages are taking time to load up as the servers cannot handle the amount of Toon fans wanting to show their disappointment.

 

It's been mentioned to me that this article is pointless as it is just negative press. There are people out there who are happy with the signing, but they are hugely out numbered by the unhappy fans. Me personally? Wait and see how he does for us on the pitch...
