Davies replacement rubbish put to bed by Watford statement

This comes as no surprise, considering we all know that media generated reports of Billy's uncertain future are completely unfounded.

Reports had suggested that Forest had made an approach for the services of Malky Mackay following Davies' ousting in a behind-the-scenes illuminati meeting earlier this week.

"Watford Football Club wishes to confirm that it has not received an official approach for the services of manager Malky Mackay," said a statement on the club's official website.

And that's the end of that nonsense!
