Premiership Wigan eye Swansea man Pratley

According to various sources, Premiership club Wigan are set to make an offer in the region of 2.5 million for Swansea midfielder Darren Pratley who has been heavily linked with a move to Nottingham Forest in recent weeks.

This has not come as a complete surprise as speculation arose of Wigan boss Martinez's admiration of the player in early May. 

The attacking midfielder had recently been revealed as a target of Nottingham Forest however with a Premiership club showing interest, a move to the City Ground is looking increasingly unlikely.

Its sad that a club like Wigan are now seen as bigger than ourselves.

Hopefully he isnt just thinking about the money. Its a choice between playing for draws n fighting relegation in the prem or playing attractive football at the top of the championship. i know which id rather do.
