QPR make enquiry for Miller

Sunderland boss Ricky Sbragia has confirmed that Liam Miller could leave the club for Queens Park Rangers in the January transfer window. Miller has struggled for first-team opportunities this season, making just three Premier League appearances to date. The 27-year-old's current contract is due to expire in the summer, and Sbragia has revealed a loan switch to QPR is on the cards.

He told the club's official website (SAFC.com): "There's been some interest in Liam from QPR, so something might happen there. They've put their feelers out, certainly.

"They've made an enquiry about him and we're just waiting to see the full extent of their interest, but it looks like it could be a loan."
