Hull City Try To Lure Roberts To KC

Today, Tranmere Rovers reportedly rejected a bid for their left-back Gareth Roberts from Hull City. Hull are believed to be after a left back after they lost their's in the FA Cup clash with Premiership outfit, Aston Villa.
Today, Tranmere snubbed a bid from Championship side, Hull City for
Welsh left back, Gareth Roberts.
The deal is believed to have been £50,000. Hull City lost their regular left back, and set piece taker, Andy Dawson in their Cup defeat to Aston Villa, and wanted Roberts to immediately cover for him. But Tranmere boss, Brian Little snubbed the bid.
In past seasons, Roberts has been one of the most consistent players, being awarded with call-ups to the Welsh squad. In this transfer window, Tranmere have been busy rejecting bids, and it is quickly clear that Little doesn't want to change a winning squad, only add more depth to it.
In this week, Tranmere have already rejected a bid from Plymouth for in-form striker Facey, and now Roberts will be added to that list.
