In a shock move, Tranmere striker Eugene Dadi has signed for League One rivals, Nottingham Forest. Dadi quickly become a fans favourite, but last season fans become restless of him. Forest have had a poor start to their promotion campaign and must think a signing like Dadi will help them get back on track.

Dadi signed for Rovers on a free from Scottish club, Livingston, in 2003. The striker had an indifferent season last year, failing to rise to his 19 goal haul in his debut season.

Forest are finding it hard to adjust to life in League One, and hope Dadi can bring some league experience into the squad.

Dadi was poised to sign for Norweigan club, Aalesunds FK, after he spent a period on trial, but contract talks broke down and Eugene returned to Merseyside.

Eugene Dadi is also infamous for being a fashion designer with his label, Huge-N Paris hitting the shops.
