Following this afternoon's 0-0 away draw at Aldershot, we are asking you to vote for you Tranmere Man of the Match from the game as part of our post-match poll series.

Rovers played below the standard of recent games for almost the entire ninety minutes in a frustrating encounter for both teams on what was a damp pitch and difficult conditions throughout.

Tranmere probably had the best of the opening part of the game but the hosts began to get on top and had a couple of good chances which they failed to convert before the break.

The second half was little different and Aldershot had the ball in the net only to find the goal had been disallowed for offside in the build up giving Rovers a huge let off.

As the game ticked into injury time though. it was Rovers who looked the most likely to score a winner but despite some late pressure including a free kick and a corner it wasn't to be and the game ended goalless.

Tranmere have now only lost one of their last eight games, winning six and drawing one and remain in fourth place in the National League after today's results.

Jason Koumas, who didn't play and wasn't selected, but I couldn't be bothered using the names of any of the used players

To be honest I nearly said Phillipe Coutinho

Then I ate his Liver.......... with some baked beans and a can of coke.

I went with Vaughan, thought he was class again. Could of easily gone to McNulty also, but thought Vaughan did well both defending and attacking so just edged it.

Personally, I'm confused at how any one has voted for Jay Harris, even more so that the Liverpool Echo gave him MOTM!

I can't recall a pass that went to it's correct target. Yes, he made some good tackles...but they were mainly after he gave the ball away.

Also, can any one tell me if Ridehalgh has turned up yet?!

I went for Harris as he didn't stop all game. He ran his socks of chasing everything and closing everyone down. Midfield was rammed with both teams playing 4-5-1. He also covered Hughes comple lack of central cover. His passing wasn't the worse in the team. Vaughan did well, but the defense weren't tested. A couple of crosses and that's about it.

The game could have gone on all night and neither team would have scored
