After a third straight League defeat for Rovers, this time at home to Wycombe Wanderers, we are asking you to vote for you Tranmere Man of the Match from the game as part of our post-match poll series.
After a pretty poor start to the game, the visitors took the League through a penalty given against Rovers for handball. The goal sparked a mini-revival from Rovers who equalised through on-loan Preston striker Jordan Hugill shortly after going behind but a contraversial second for Wycombe which appeared to be yards offside, sank Rovers to their third straight loss.
Despite Wycombe being reduced to ten men with just over twenty minutes remaining when McClure was sent off just seconds after coming on a substitute, Rovers couldn't make a breakthrough, coming closest when Ihiekwe's header was cleared off the line.

On a poor night all round, Danny Holmes showed at least some heart in the defeat to Wycombe
