If you can't make Tranmere's game away at Chesterfield on Saturday afternoon, why not join in the banter right here with other Rovers fans who are unable to attend......
For those fans who can't make some of the Rovers games this season, particularly the more costly and time consuming southern away games, we at Total Tranmere will be providing a Match Discussion Thread on the Site for every Rovers game.
The thread will allow you to discuss everything from the pre-match build up and starting line-up to the game it as it progresses and the post-match analysis.
Where possible, Total Tranmere staff will post up the starting line-up and substitutes on the thread as soon as it is made known at the game as well as a half-time report on how the game is going for the benefit of those who are unable to make it.
Tranmere of course travel to Chesterfield's B2Net Stadium on Saturday afternoon in NPower League One so if you're not going to the game why not join in the banter right here while the game is going on?
Maybe if you have a friend or family member texting you from the game you can post their views here for others to see as the game progresses.
You could also use this thread to discuss other interesting scores throughout the league as well as discussing this game afterwards if you have been along to the game.
What you discuss below is up to you but hopefully it can all be focused on one thread to make it easier for everyone to use.
Admin staff will try and add the team and updates on the game on this thread where possible whilst there will also be our usual update service from our Twitter feed @totaltranmere so if you are not already following us it may be worth doing so!

my heart say we will win but my head says we will more than likely draw 0-0 or lose 1-0 , same old story same old tactics same old les ,
I'd like to see the players reaction to the Oldham game and the chatter on here (I'm presumiung many of them look on here - including Les (Lovinglesiseasycosheswonderful)) so they'll show us what they're made of and win the Chesterfield game and draw the next one.....

It`s good to know that Fon Williams thinks the defence is back up to it`s full strength and we will be hard to beat be like saying the Titanic was hard to sink from one of the lifeboats.

we can hope that at last we pull off a win, 1-0 will do for me ,lets hope that the drubbing they got in midweek has shatterd them, let us hope that we concentrate for the whole 90 mins ,but most of all after the run les has got us on let us pray ,and if we get done again today its byeeee byeeee les
Our record against teams at the bottom is terrible,apart from the 3-0 win at stockport we tend to lose and sometimes heavily.We are also on our worst run of form (as in wins in games) 1 in 19 since 1978-79 season where we went 1 in 24.Some terrible results I remember against rock bottom sides are:
26.1.93 Notts Co 5-1 (we were actually top when this happened)
05.10.02 Mansfield Town 6-1 (we were winning 1-0 at half time)
16.5.01
Queen's Park Rangers 2-0
Crewe 4-3
Cheltenham 1-0
0-3 Wycombe
0-2 swindon
Also recently 1-2 Wycombe.There are others I have probably erased from my memory

Gary Jones missed a penalty for Rochdale that would have made it more interesting if that had gone in.
Grrr Walsall just nicked a point too. 1 point of the drop zone now!

i think now even the hardend les fans must agree the he must go now and i mean now tonight ,he is a bloody joke , he should never have got the job in the first place ,he is totaly out of his depth ,and if not sacked today he will take us down and down till we are non league , byeee byeee les go now
Last straw for Les i'd say, I like the man, hes loves the club, but he should stick to what he knows best, and thats a sponge and bucket. Sorry Les but give us a chance to stay up, really can't be doing with League 2 next year!

Having defended Les to the hilt even i am finding it hard now. if the players couldnt do it today for him it must be the last straw for him. If no one ready to replace him then Shaun has to take the job until another manager throws his hat in to the equation. Sorry Les was hoping you could have turned it round but looks like that hope has gone
Another defeat to a rock bottom team added to the list.the last 2 seasons I was confident of staying up but sadly not this time

Time to bring the curtain down on Les Parry's tenure as Tranmere manager! One win in 20 matches tells us he is simply not up to the job of managing our great club! We are a laughing stock amongst other league clubs! our patience has well and truely run out Les! Go quickly and quietly!
It's obvious as to whose fault it was.
If Yeovil and Scunthorpe hadn't got lucky wins, we'd still be in 17th place.

maybe les will blame the kit man this week he must be the only one left who he hasnt blames ,he used the wrong soap powder to wash the kit .

Before kickoff a poster on The Cowswheds who's supplied some accurate info in the past claimed the decision to dispense with him had already been taken regardless of todays result.

we can only hope , but even if it were not true even les mustnow face facts he is not the man for the job and go ,even johnson cant keep faith with him now or does he want to see crowds at a all time low ,i dont think so he is a money man and if les stays fans will dissapear and to johnson thats money ,so lets hope the club now sees sence and sacks les tonight ,

Woeful performance today. It was like we only had 8 men on the pitch - the entire midfield was AWOL for most the of the game. Today plumbed new depths in terms of the striker being isolated. Should have been a heavier defeat but Chesterfield couldn't shoot to save their lives.
Most fans well behind the team until the goal. Parry Out chants were being drowned out by more positive chants but once we scored it was clear we weren't going to come back.
The were filming for that league show on BBC North West and quite a few fans were interviewed. It will be interesting to see how they spin it. Unfortunately a few fans got over excited and the police came in, which will probably look worse on TV than it really was.
Only silver lining was that the drive over and back was nice.

A shocking depressing woeful performance-two dreadful teams. Goodison,Fon Williams excepted-the rest were pretty abysmal.
With Robin van Persie J Beckford W Rooney and Robbie Fowler all signing in time for the Notts County game this could be good for our fire power only trouble is Les is going to play all four in back the four replacing Goodison Taylor Holmes and Buchanan because he does not want to replace his plan of attack with players that may have a slim chance of scoring and upset his run of results.
It`s a shame that some fans have lost faith in Les and comments based on sarcasm and laughter is an outlet for our feelings I have not been an advocate to get rid of Les in a way have stood by him over the past months but backing of him started to slip away around about when then run of games got to one win in twelve games now that figure has reached 1 in 20 it can not be all down to the quality of players but the way those players have been deployed and the tactics that Les used.
We all know what a loyal servant Les has been to Tranmere but
the old maxim comes into play no one person be that a player
or manager is bigger than the club if it is possible for Peter Johnson to make that move and replace Les it has to be now while there is enough games left to turn it around or at least for Les to change tack in his game plan and blow caution to the wind and attack in every game from now till the end of season and not by using one loan front man but I think Les has used his nine(or should that read twenty) lives
up and it could be to late to change his way of doing things he may be set in his outlook and can not change it.But we need some thing to save our club slipping into the bottom tier of league football,back to the basement were Peter Johnson and John King took that ride almost to the moon.
It may be a sadday on May 5th unless things change.

made a noite after 5 minutes our fans were booing our team after 8 minutes singing for 4 4 2 and after just 14 minuter the parry out singing started, some of the antics and behaviour of some of the fand today was poor to say the least ! excellent stewards and police there ! at another ground a lot would have been out ! some unable to climb the stairs !
and another point IF we were to end up on the bottom of the pile ! could we pack as many 'supporters' in as thay did today ?

There will be a few on here who still want him to stay depsite of everything. But clearly he must go.

Today was a total shambles even by the worst Tranmere standards. My guess is that we will both be playing in Division 2 next season.Even if a new man takes over,he will have a massive job to reverse our catastrophic plunge.

Beaten by a much better team - there stadium is fantastic and they have a big support base bigger club than us

The last thing we were was beaten by a better team. 0 0 was a fair reflection of the game but they took their only clear cut chance of the game whilst we barely had any.
so we barely created a chance against the bottom team, i think that says it all
Both teams were woeful-they looked as if they might occasionally score,we didn't.The whole match was totally depressing.
Don't be blaming the 2 kitmen one of them good friend of mine but on another note apart from goodie robbo and fons they were all awful mcqurk being the worst in my opinion I have defended les a lot and in past couple off weeks said he does need to go but I know think who is going to come in
