Tranmere Rovers re-sign Hungarian goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi from Liverpool

Tranmere Rovers have today re-signed Liverpool goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi on an emergency loan deal, with the goalkeeper going straight into Rovers' side to take on Charlton Athletic on Saturday.
The Hungarian goalkeeper joins Rovers as cover for shot stopper Gunnar Nielsen, who will be out for up to six weeks with an arm injury, and goalkeeping player/coach Simon Miotto, who picked up an injury in training.
The 20-year old played five games on loan for Tranmere last season, joining at the back end of the season as cover for Luke Daniels, and helped Rovers to ten points in the league as they secured their League One status for another season.

Gulacsi looked coll, calm and comfortable in goal and many fans on Rovers messageboards had been calling for Tranmere boss Les Parry to sign the goalkeeper on a season long deal this year.
Boss Parry hinted that Tranmere were in the market for a goalkeeper yesterday after news broke that Nielsen would be out for a further six weeks, stating that it would be unfair to expect Joe Collister to continue to perform at such a high level when he's only 18-years old.
