After just 5 mins Leeds were in trouble. Ian Morris the irish youth international went on a run down the left wing and tried to ride a tackle and went down heavily. He was stretchered off and taken to hospital. 16 Gardner replaced Morris.

The first half was pretty even with both sides having half chances.

At the start of the 2nd half Leeds seemed the more determined and had the majority of the play and went infront after Kevin Smith hit a low shot from 18 yards.

Wednesday fought back with 2 goals from no 16 Greg Mason from poor defending and indiscipline in defence.
