Premiership star signs

Leeds have today signed aston Villa's young midfielder Barry Bannan on a loan untilt he end of the season.  Bannan is highly rated at Villa Park, and is a good signing for Leeds boss Simon Grayson

The youngster can play wide, but is more likely to feature in a central position for Leeds.  His loan deal means he can stay for the duration of the season, inclusing any Play Off matches, should he be needed.  He has gone straight into the squad to play Preson tomorrow night.

Leeds are still expected to make at least one more signing before the emergency loan window closes at the end of the month, with a central defender top of the priority list.
