Leeds v MFK Ruzomberok - team line up

Leeds kicked off against MFK Ruzomberok in the last few minutes when their first pre season friendly started. There are several 'debutants' in the first 11, and they include a couple of Slovaks on trial. Team that kicked off is:

Marian Jarabica
Neill Collins
Federico Bessone
Lloyd Sam
Tomas Brusko
Jonny Howson
Aidan White
Mike Grella
Luciano Becchio
Manager Simon Grayson, fresh from signing a new 3 year contract, will use the vast majority of the squad as he looks to get the players back out on the pitch. He wont be really looking at the score or the performance, just wants to get them out on a pitch for a game again.

white and sam will have to work their sox off with that line up. Becchio is a target man, and grella will look to drop deep to pick up the ball.
if grella wants to get into the first team, he's going to have to work well linking up with killa/howson/johnson when he drops deep

1-0 Down at H/T We have had to do a fair bit of defending,some decent link up play the young defender on trial sounded nervous early on but the midfielder sounds useful.
Sam,Bessone and White involved a fair bit and Grella sounded to be working hard and doing ok.

Somma sounds very sharp a couple of efforts already 1 saved and the rebound into the side netting.
i know it's just the first match, but when pairing strikers, I think grella will do better with paynter, and somma with becchio

just their styles of play mini. I see grella as a drop-deep striker, who can create and likes the ball at his feet. I think playing beside paynter who will work hard and make space will be beneficial for him.
becchio is our truest target man. So, with somma being our best "poacher" "fox in the box" type, I can see him feeding off becchio's work.

We've been a lot better 2nd half and the ref sounds very dodgy.
Killa,Snoddy,Gradel running the game and Lees sounding very comfortable also Somma sounds very sharp and he missed the 1st week of pre-season.

defense in the 2nd half sounds better too. lees / bromby better than collins / trialist.
rough go for lees considering all last year he was a right back!

A decent work out not forgetting this team is only 10 days away from their season starting.
Somma,Killa,Gradel,Lees and Bessone stand out imo and we were very unlucky to lose.

Lees has a better chance as a centre back, sounded as if he was comfortable on the ball, maybe grayson sees him as one of our centre backs this coming season?
