The club have also announced prices of Season Tickets for new season tickets holders. There is a price band if we fail to win promotion and a band for prices if we reach the Premiership. On comparison of both sets of price bands if The Royals do win promotion this season supporters will be forking out an extra 100 to watch Reading in the Premiership so it is important for existing season ticket holders to purchase their season ticket at the renewal price so they will not have to pay a substantial increase on a new season ticket if Reading go up.

For the first time supporters will be able to renew using Reading FC's online ticketing system. By typing in your customer number and password your season ticket seat will be recognised and you will be able to pay using a credit or debit card. If you are not sure of your password please contact the Ticket Office.

Matchday Tickets

Matchday prices have also been announced for next season, prices will be increased by 1 but the 1.50 booking fee on telephone and Internet bookings will be scrapped. The 1 increase is Championship prices but if Reading do win promotion Matchday prices are all but certain to increase substantially.  Buying online will again be the cheapest method of buying match tickets but this facility will only be available to Member Card holders. Non Member Card holders will still be able to purchase tickets over the phone or in person at the Ticket Office but will pay the Matchday prices even if tickets are purchased in advance.

The club have decided that the Young Royals membership will be free for the 05/06 season. Supporters will receive a supporters guide booklet in April and inside will contain a form for the Young Royals membership which needs to be filled in and returned to the club along with proof of age of the child. Existing Young Royals season tickets will not need to send in proof of age as the club should already have this information on record.
