No points from the long trip to East Anglia

Own goal...

You just knew it! After the demolition job a couple of weeks ago, all the talk was promotion and a Carling Cup run. Since then we've played three games, lost two of them drawn one and scored no goals! Reality dawns once again in Sloper Road, and we still haven't won at carrow Road for over 30 yrs.

Cardiff City return from Norwich pointless, and the lack of goals since banging in six is looking a bit of a concern. Perhaps we used up too many in beating the hapless Crewe?

Cardiff City: Alexander, Barker, Whitley, Purse, Koumas, Jerome, Weston (Ardley 89), Loovens, Ledley, Cooper (Parry 82), Ricketts (Lee 47).Subs: Margetson, Cox, Ardley, Lee.

To be fair the bluebirds battled hard for a point, but were undone when the unlucky Alexander saw a shot rebound off him into his net for a fluke of an own goal. Supporters who had made the long trip were hoping for a well fought point however the luck we enjoyed in games earlier this season against Leicester and Palce for example is now going the other way it seems.

Sundays game against the struggling CCFC that is then Sky Blues from Coventry should get the Bluebirds back on track and winning ways, however we will need to find our scoring touch again.....
