This is undoubtedly one of the busiest summers and pre seasons we have ever experienced at Ninian Park. The season ended with everybody expecting the worst and when the fans favourites Thorne, Gabbidon and Collins were transferred it looked like we would be starting the season with a youth team.

However credit where it's due and despite transfers out there have been many players linked with the bluebirds and even existing players taking pay cuts to help the cause! looks like in the face of adversity a good team spirit is being fostered by David Jones.

Bluebird to the Bone is written by fans for fans and will be taking a short break for the first couple of weeks in August however normal service will be resumed at the start of the season proper. Whilst a succesful tour of Scotland will help moral there is nothing like the real thing. Occassional updates will be posted between now and the start of the season, access permitted however please keep posting your thoughts on the message board.

You never know things might be a damn sight brighter than many of us imagined!
