Led by the impressive Paul Wilkinson, City's second-string have secured back-to-back regional titles and have given the likes of James Collins and Cameron Jerome a springboard into the Football League.
Playing in the Pontin’s Holiday Combination, the reserves get regular, competitive fixtures and have proved difficult to beat playing a mixture of first-team fringe players and talented youngsters. Names such as Stuart Fleetwood and Jamal Easter are tipped for the senior side next season.
