Cardiff City avoided a potential banana skin at the Crabble today, comfortably beating Margate 3-0. Peter Thorne, Willie Boland and Leo Fortune-West were on target for the Bluebirds. City will now go into the hat for tomorrow's Round 3 draw. Cardiff City will take ball number 61 in tomorrow's FA Cup 3rd Round Draw after a comfortable 3-0 win against Margate today.

The 300ish Cardiff City fans who had made the jounrey to the Crabble Athletic Ground saw their side put in a solid performance, which was enough to see them through the potential Banana skin.

Peter Thorne, Willie Boland and Leo Fortune-West got the goals for the Bluebirds.

Cardiff will now enter Round 3, and will be in the hat with teams such as Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea and oh yes, you guessed it, Leeds United.
