EVERTON LEFT WITH TOO MUCH TO DO IN THE SECOND HALF.....

A poor first half left us with far too much to do yesterday in the Premier League clash at White Hart Lane against Tottenham.

Two goals in the first 28 mins was what killed the game for Everton,in the end though,a draw should of been the result after Landon Donovan missed a glorious chance with the goal gaping!! He'll be having nightmares about that one.

The question we have to ask is why does it always take us half an hour to get into games of late,ok maybe we were a bit jaded after thursday's exploits in Lisbon,but even the games against Man utd and Chelsea we let the opposition score first before we wake up.

The second half i thought we were very good at times and we had them rattled,in the end i suppose you could say we were unlucky,we are more than a match for any of the top 10 teams at the moment and with another 11 games left in the season,we are going to have to win most of them to finish in the top 7 to gain a Europa League spot.
