Town Confirm Jim Link

Town manager Joe Royle has today confirmed that Oxford United have made an approach to Town to try and sign Jim Magilton.

Reports on the internet yesterday linked Jim with a move to Oxford as a player/assistant manager and it turns out those reports are true.

 

Joe Royle: “Oxford have officially contacted us asking to sign Jim Magilton.

 

“I have told Oxford and Jim that it is entirely up to them what they decide. We owe Jim that and I will accept whatever he decides to do.”
