Report: Wolves 1-0 Town

Ipswich Towns 8 game unbeaten run came to an end yesterday following a 1-0 defeat away at Wolves.

The home sides single goal came after 74 minutes when Town defender Sito brought down Aliadiere and they were awarded a penalty which Kenny Miller converted.

 

The defeat has left Town in 10th place, 8 points behind 6th placed Preston who have two games in hand over Town.

 

Town’s injures continued to mount up, Jaime Peters and Scott Barron are both likely to face short spells on the side lines.
