Craig To Falkirk

Ipswich Town striker Liam Craig should join Scottish Premier League side Falkirk later this week, subject to a medical.

Craig, along with Aidan Collins and Cathal Lordan was told earlier this week he will not be getting a new deal at Town in the summer and he is free to find a new club and it appears the 19-year-old will be joining Falkirk.

 

Falkirk manager John Hughes: “Liam is another young player who is hungry to establish himself, we will give him the platform, but it is up to him to come here and work hard at it.

 

“He is very versatile, playing anywhere on the left hand side, and he should be included in the squad for this weekend's game against Dundee United.

 

“I am also delighted with Patrick – he trains very hard with a high intensity and plays football the way that I want Falkirk to.”
