Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle believes that Town should of came away from Crewe with all three points earlier today.

Royle: “Ashton was the difference at half-time because he took both his chances and we missed all ours, it should have been 4-2 to us but I can't fault the players because the second-half performance was terrific.

“We only talked about winning the game at the break and we had enough chances to have won three games but I can't be too hard on the players.

“They showed great spirit again to come back from behind and we carved out chance after chance, playing some great football so I have to look at it as two points dropped.

“Having said that when you are two goals down at half-time on foreign soil, you can't have too many complaints when you get a point.”
