Ipswich Town striker Shefki Kuqi has be re-called into the Finland international squad for there games against Armenia and Holland this month.

Ipswich Town striker Shefki Kuqi has be re-called into the Finland international squad for there games against Armenia and Holland this month.

The 27 year old striker quit international football at the end of August because he felt “it is not worth me travelling to sit on the bench” but with Birmingham City striker Mikael Forssell out for about six months and Kuqi’s current form have opened the door for the flying Finn to maybe play a part in his nations two world cup qualifiers this month.

Finland play Armenia on the 9th of October and play Holland on the 15th in the Amsterdam Arena.
