Preston Eyeing Lee?

Sections of the media are reporting that Preston North End are eyeing up Town striker Alan Lee as a possible replacement for Premiership-bound David Nugent. Previous reports had linked Lee with moves to Coventry and Hull but they appear to be unfounded, but with Preston on the verge of losing David Nugent and his flow of goals it does appear there is substance in this story although Town manager Jim Magilton does wish to sell Lee.

No fee has been mentioned in relation to this rumour but previous fees have been around £500,000 for the 28-year-old who scored 17-goals last season.
