Toon Want Hassan

Newcastle United and Fulham are both reportedly interested in Egyptian, Ahmed Hassan. Toon Want Hassan

Fulham want to take him from former Fulham boss Jean Tigana at Benfica after the strong midfielder impressed by leading Egypt to African Nations glory, and Newcastle are said to be interested in the 30 year-old too.

 

The midfielder’s contract expires in the summer, but Jean Tigana wants to renew it nearer the time.

 

Tigana said:

 

"I know how valuable a player Hassan is,

"He's a quality player and has proved himself to me. I will try to decide his contract at the end of the season,"
