Spurs' Boss Can't Wait For Saturday's Clash

Tottenham Hotspur boss, Jacques Santini, is looking forward to going head-to-head with Newcastle United manager Sir bobby Robson on Saturday at St James' Park where the two sides will meet in the Premiership.

Newcastle earned a respectable yet controversial draw (*cough* Hand of Smog *cough*) away at Middlesbrough in thier first game of the season, while Spurs earned a point against Liverpool.

Ahead of Saturday's game, Jacques Santini  said:

"Bobby has enjoyed a magnificent career and he is one of the sport's big names. He is professional in every sense of the word.

"I'm very impressed with what he has done and that he is still coaching at such a high level at his age. It will be a pleasure to meet him tomorrow.

"But it is important that we beat Newcastle. It will be hard for me and the team to come away with victory, especially at St James' Park which is a magnificent stadium.

"I watched the England match on TV and was very impressed with what I saw of the ground. The atmosphere was very passionate and made a big impression on me.

"But we want to build on the draw with Liverpool last weekend by beating Newcastle and we intend to do that, no matter who their manager is."
