Tranmere Rovers striker, Eugene Dadi splits his life into two, football and his passion for fashion. The Ivory Coast striker has his own brand of desinger clothing, Huge-N Paris. His clothing line already has lots of admirers, from fellow football stars to celebrities.
Fashion or football, for some its football hands down, for others its fashion hands down.
But for Eugene he's torn. Hes been heavily into fashion since he was a child but plays football with his heart on his sleeve.
Eugene Dadi is, what I class as, a true professional. He always gives his all, despite other things going on around him. Last season apitamised his commitment to the club, scoring 19 goals in his debut season.
But he always has a third eye on his fashion. This really came out in Austria, where he started to find his path as a model. He modelled for numerous fashion labels, such as huge hits, Calvin klein, Quicksilver and Puma.
His fashion lead him to thinking of his own label, a life long dream. So thoughts went through his mind, and the fashion label begun.
Along with his girlfriend, Joana Varela da Veiga, they brought that dream together. Hence Huge-N Paris was born and established.
Now Eugene's label has been worn by football stars, including players from top clubs like, Manchester United and fellow Merseysiders Everton, and also celebrities.
One of these celebrities was Blazing Squad's and Celeb Big Brother finalist, Kenzy, who wore the clothing on ITV Show, CD:UK.
But what about Eugene's other half of his life, the biggest sport in the world, football.
He started playing football when he went to the Sochaux Football Academy. this is were his footballing quest started.
He then went on Stade Lavallois in France which lasted three years.Following this, he travelled the world for a few years, joining many football clubs, including Austria, La Réunion, France, Scotland and England.
Now he is playing at our beloved, Tranmere. He is remembered for lots of things at Prenton Park. But a memory that I feel apitamises the big man perfectly, is when he got subbed, he took of his shirt and underneath was a vest with a heart which he pointed at then at the fans, which was rewarded with huge chants of "Who's Ya Dadi".
You can find more details on Huge-N Paris at the website.
