Richard Langley played the last 25 minutes as substitute in Jamaica's comfortable 3-0 friendly international victory over El Salvador. Charlton Athletics’ Kevin Lisbie and former Cardiff City striker Deon Burton were amongst the scorers for the Reggae Boyz.

Richard Langley played 25 minutes as a substitute in Jamaica's comfortable 3-0 friendly victory over El Salvador on Sunday.

Ricardo Fuller game Jamaica the lead in the first-half, with Charlton Athletic's Kevin Lisbie doubling the lead for the Reggae Boyz after the break. Former Cardiff City striker Deon Burton secured the win with the third goal in the 85th minute.

The game was part of a double header, with Jamaica's under-23 side beating Guatemala 2-0 in the first-leg of the CONCACAF Olympic Qualification Second Round series before the seniors were in action. A decent crowd were in attendance for the event organised to celebrate the 6th anniversary of Jamaica qualifying for the 1998 World Cup.

Langley will have been delighted to earn yet another cap for Jamaica, after previously being told by City owner Sam Hammam that he would have to sign a contract stating he would retire from international football when he arrived at Ninian Park.
