Black Cats players Kenwyne Jones, Dwight Yorke and Carlos Edwards have been named in the latest Trinidad & Tobago squad. The Sunderland trio are due to feature for T&T in a World Cup qualifier against El Salvador in San Salvador on November 11.
And it is crunch time in the CONCACAF zone as the final 'hexagonal' stage of qualifying begins.
Three teams from T&T, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Mexico and USA will qualify for the 2010 finals in South Africa - with a fourth team going into a play-off.
It means Jones, Yorke and Edwards will be away between Sunderland's home game against Stoke (February 7) and the fifth round of the FA Cup (February 14), if the Black Cats make it past Blackburn.
