Pearson Confident Of Fryatt Stay

Leicester boss Nigel Pearson is adamant that Striker Matty Fryatt will remain at the club this season despite been heavy linked with Hull City in recent days. Fryatt has started the season well, He has scored three goals in the opening five games. Pearson told BBC Radio Leicester: "I know nothing about any approach.

"He's a very important member of our squad and we want to keep hold of our best players."

Pearson added: "He's played a big part in the season so far and I'd like to think he will play a big part in the season."
