Biding his time

Midfielder Richard Garcia says he's happy to bide his time when it comes to a 1st team place. Garcia has featured just once in the last seven games and has found it hard to break into a successful Hull team. Garcia Signed from Colchester in 2007 and was a main stay in the team which Gained Promotion to The Premiership. This season however he has found 1st team football more difficult to come by.

"Most players would tell you that they always want to be playing," said Garcia.

"From a personal point of view, I'd like to be playing week in, week out. But it's something I've got to be patient with and I just have to bide my time.

"But from a team point of view, things are going well and we want to keep that going. We've had a few draws recently, but we've played really well and that is the positive we can take out of it.

"Every point counts at the end of the season and I'm sure we can start turning draws into wins.

"Sunderland come here this weekend and maybe the change in management will have given their players a little bit of a lift.

"All of a sudden they are playing for their future. They're out to do their best because they're wary of what's coming.

"They had a good result last weekend and they'll be looking to come here and get another one."
