Jay-Jay Okocha seems likely to bring his four year association with Bolton Wanderers to an end in the summer according to Trotters manager Sam Allardyce. Allardyce is tipping the Nigerian international to accept a lucrative financial deal in the Qatar league when his contract comes to an end in May and the Bolton boss has also revealed that he won't be pursuing a permanent deal for former Asian player of the year Hidetoshi Nakata.

Okocha 33, has made over 100 appearances for Bolton since moving on a Bosman transfer from Paris Saint Germain in July 2002 but injuries have hampered his performances in recent seasons.

Twenty eight year old Nakata on the other hand made a bright start to his Wanderers career earlier this season but has since failed to add consistency to his skilful play which often lives up to physical demands of the Premiership.

"Jay-Jay was out injured and it looks like he might leave for Qatar at the end of the season," said Allardyce about his former captain Okocha.

"His form has not been as good as he or we expected," added the Bolton manager when talking about Nakata who is on loan from Fiorentina.
