Nolan Hopes To "Sniff" Out More Goals

Midfielder Kevin Nolan hopes to build on his impressive goalscoring tally in the forthcoming games after hitting his fifth goal of the season against Charlton Athletic. The 23-year old is in a confident mood after registering his second match-winning goal in a week against the Addicks which kept the Wanderers in and amongst the top six league positions.

"Goals give you confidence and that's my second in a week so my confidence is riding high and I'm just looking forward to Thursday now." he told the club's official website

"They call me the sniffer in training because I do try to sniff a goal out. I prefer the little tap-ins to the long rangers and I'll be happy with as many five-yarders as I can get" Nolan joked

Nolan has yet to start a European game for the Wanderers but he will be itching to face Russian side Zenit St Petersburg in just under three days from now.
