The fourth round of the Carling Cup sees Bolton given a home tie against Championship side Leicester City at the end of next month following the draw which was made at lunchtime today. The Foxes are three times winners of this competition with the last success coming in the 1999-2000 season when they beat Wanderers Semi-Final opponents Tranmere Rovers at Wembley Stadium.

Bolton had been given a bye for the earlier rounds due to their involvement in the UEFA Cup and their first piece of action in this competition came in midweek when a Jared Borgetti goal defeated Premiership rivals West Ham United.

Craig Levein's Leicester side have already despatched of Bury, Blackpool and Cardiff City in the early rounds of this cup and will look forward to a trip to the Reebok in a month from now.

Ex-City goalkeeper Ian Walker will realish an early chance to come up against his former employers after leaving them in the summer to join Bolton.

The tie will take place in the final week of November.
