Bolton To Appeal Over Gardner Red

Bolton Wanderers have announced that they will be launching an appeal against Ricardo Gardner's sending off in the defeat away to Chelsea. The Jamaican international was dismissed shortly before the hour for a handball which denied a goalscoring opportunity as Chelsea went on the counter attack.

A decision is likely to be made tommorow according to a statement coming from Bolton's official website this afternoon.
