Brazilian World Cup winner Kleberson has finally completed his move to Manchester United. The 24-year-old has his work permit to play in Britain granted earlier in the week, and the midfielder has now put pen-to-paper on a five year contract. Kleberson Work Permit Granted

Kleberson has now officially completed his move to Manchester United, following the grant of his work permit two days ago, and has put pen-to-paper on a five year contract.

The Brazilian World Cup winner was unveiled at a press-conference yesterday, along with new striker Cristiano Ronaldo.

United have shelled out £6million for the World Cup winner, who is seen as an adequate replacement for Juan Veron by supporters.

Sir Alex Ferguson is delighted to have finally completed the signing of the midfielder, following an agonising wait for his work-permit to be granted.

"We're delighted Kleberson is joining us because we've been chasing him for quite a few months," said Sir Alex.

"He is a young, athletic midfield player who can play in a number of positions. One of the reasons we sold Seba Veron was because we knew we were getting Kleberson - that show's how highly we regard his talent."

Following the collapse of the Ronaldinho transfer several weeks ago, Kleberson has revealed how proud he will be to become the first Brazilian player to pull on the famous red shirt.

"To be the first Brazilian to sign for United is special. This is the biggest opportunity of my life, and I promise the fans to give my all on the pitch."
