Webber Completes Watford Move |

Danny Webber has officially completed his move to
Watford. The former United striker agreed terms with the Division One outfit, and has now put pen to paper on a three-year contract. Webber spent two successful loan spells at Vicarage Road during 2002, and turned down offers from three other clubs to sign permanently for the Hornets. Watford chairman Graham Simpson is delighted at landing the 21-year-old. "We are delighted with the help and support we've received from Manchester United in securing Danny's services," said Simpson. "For him to make the decision to choose Watford says a lot about our playing and coaching staff here, as well as our supporters who made him feel so welcome and, I'm sure, can't wait to see him playing for us again." Best of luck to Danny at Vicarage Road! |
